Situated between Medlock St and First St is a flamboyant & Eloquent steakhouse restaurant with the iconic name Ribeye. This two-story, elegant, contemporary restaurant is in a prime corner location and cannot be missed. Named after an amazing cut of meat, which is the primordial portion of the beef rib known as
the ribeye, this spacious, contemporary Steak house restaurant boasts of all the design quirks and mod-cons found in any Michelin star or up market restaurant world-wide.
Serving a range of mouth-watering steaks, the Ribeye steak stretches from ribs six to twelve and is located between the loin and the chuck (shoulder). As this area has more intramuscular, fat normally accumulates in this area of the animal and as a result the ribeye’s amazing marbling is created by gorgeous white fat lines.
